THIS footage was taken at the Southport Air Show / Military Display, held on Southport beach on the weekend of the 10 September 2005 to 11 September 2005.  This is only a taste of the show.

Aircraft featured are the:- Suco, RAF Tornado, RAF Merlin, Red Arrows 2005 (Most of the footage is of the Red Arrows Display)

We would like to thank all who took part in the making of this video.  We would also like to thank the following bands and agents, for letting us put their music to the footage:- Sony, Leaf Rains, Out Their, DRFK.

THE Southport Air Show is regarded as one of the best air display and military show in the UK.   This event is held annually on Southport beach, it boasts a comprehensive flying programme of military and civilian aircraft, including the latest fast jets, vintage aircraft, helicopters, aerobatic aircraft, parachute displays and ground based displays. Recently the event has expanded its title to include a live fire military display.   This shows interaction between the aircraft and land-based military activities.    Our video is only of the flying display, but or written and photographic coverage has lots of pictures and information about the other parts of the show, including some exclusive and stunning photographs!
